HUTOVO BLATO

Bird reserve and Nature park in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina is rich with swampy plants. It is a swamp created by the underground water system of the Krupa River.

International Council for Bird Protection placed this reserve on the list of important habitat of birds, because this reserve is the largest of its kind in this part of Europe to the surface, and diversity.

It is ideal for bird and nature lovers, and families with children because it is full of freshwater fish, wild ducks, geese, coots, hawks, herons, pheasants, wild boars and wild horses.
