RIVER NERETVA

Photographing the Neretva Delta 25 km - a trip to the Neretva River Delta (Opuzen), driving traditional Neretva ships Neretva along the Neretva River Delta with a rich fish picnic. The Neretva River Delta from Metković to the mouth of the north and northeast, surrounded by the branches of the Dinaric Mountains, and from the south Podgradinska-Slivanjska hills.

The most important cities are Ploče, Opuzen and Metković.

Originally consisting of 12 branches, but influenced by a man, and after numerous and extensive land reclamation and cultivation of a rich agricultural area, number of branches reduced to only four.
